Credit Purchase & Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The final price and credit quantity are shown at checkout.
Full refund for an unused order
You may request a full refund within seven days after payment if none of the credits granted by that order have been used.
Withdrawal after partial use
Within an applicable statutory withdrawal period, you may request a refund for the value corresponding to unused credits. The value of completed generation or editing requests may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.
Limits after generation starts
Withdrawal for an individual digital-content request may be limited only where the restriction was clearly disclosed and separately accepted electronically before payment or use, and only to the extent permitted by law. Otherwise, statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit withdrawal or refund rights that apply when the service differs from its description, advertising, or contract, or in any other circumstance protected by applicable law.
Failed generation
A server-side failure that returns no image is not charged or is restored automatically.
Polar payment processing
Polar acts as Merchant of Record for order, tax, payment, and refund processing. Applicable law and Polar’s buyer process control where they take priority over this policy.
