Magic Canvas provides AI image templates, generation, and editing for product and brand content and fictional adult avatars. Prices, credit quantities, and included features are visible before checkout.
Your inputs
You must hold the legal right to use every product, logo, image, and text you submit. You may not submit material to impersonate or manipulate another person’s identity.
AI outputs
AI outputs can contain errors. Avatars are generated as fictional people, but accidental resemblance to a real person cannot be completely excluded. Review product information, copy, logos, human likeness, rights, and advertising claims before publication.
Credits
Current products are one-time credit packs that do not renew automatically. Prompt-only generation, fictional adult avatar generation, or generation with one person or product reference costs 3 credits; using both references costs 4 credits; a detail edit costs 2 credits. The applicable amount is shown before each action. Server failures that return no image are restored automatically.
Commercial use and rights
Commercial use is permitted only when you hold the required rights to your inputs and outputs and the selected template has no separate restriction. You are responsible for rights involving third-party brands, people, and copyrighted works.
Responsibility for output use
Before publishing, distributing, selling, or advertising with an output, you must verify applicable law, third-party rights, and the policies of each distribution platform. You are responsible for problems caused by your intentional or negligent use of outputs for impersonation, fraud, defamation, rights infringement, unlawful or deceptive advertising, or another unlawful purpose, except to the extent caused by Magic Canvas or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We announce the effective date and reason for changes in the service. Changes that are material or adverse to users are generally announced at least 30 days in advance. Purchases made before a change remain governed by the disclosure made at purchase and applicable law.
