Problem

A convincing first impression can hide local defects in hands, edges, reflections, and small lettering.

Outcome

You can separate defects suited to a local edit from failures that call for another generated candidate.

Preparation

  • Open the source references beside the generated result.
  • Prepare both the actual placement size and an enlarged view.
  • Keep required copy, product facts, and excluded elements nearby.
  • Prepare separate brand and legal approval checks.
  • Copy each approved price and advertising claim into the comparison sheet.

Decisions

Whole-image pass
At a reduced size, check whether the message and primary subject remain obvious.
Local repair
Mark isolated background or edge defects that can be addressed with a region edit.
New candidate
Choose another output when core face structure or product geometry is unreliable.
Composition failure
Choose another candidate when impossible perspective or repeated objects cross the primary composition.

Warnings

Anatomy
Enlarge fingers, teeth, ears, and joint connections.
Physical consistency
Check reflections, contact shadows, and overlap order against the scene.
Information accuracy
Compare prices, units, names, and small copy character by character with approved text.
Edge halos
Inspect cropping boundaries, hair, and product outlines for unintended bright or dark halos.

Pre-publish checklist

  • Faces and hands were inspected closely.
  • Repeated objects and product geometry were checked.
  • Logos and small text were compared with approved copy.
  • Every price and advertising claim was verified.
  • Shadow and reflection directions are consistent.
  • There are no edge halos, impossible perspective, or unintended cropping.
  • Brand and legal approval records are attached.
  • The final file was rechecked at its actual placement size.

AI disclosure

AI-generated output can contain anatomy, lettering, reflection, or factual errors, so human pre-publication review is required.
