Generation or editing of NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexual, or sexually explicit visual content is expressly prohibited. Sexual content involving minors is never permitted.
Person image use
Person-reference features may be used only with your own image or an adult’s explicit consent. Avatar generation is limited to clearly fictional adults aged 25 or older. Celebrity lookalike requests, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, and non-consensual face or identity manipulation are prohibited.
Other prohibited content
Illegal activity, hate, harassment, self-harm promotion, graphic violence, weapons or drug promotion, fraud, rights infringement, and deceptive advertising are prohibited.
Responsibility for use
Passing automated safety checks does not guarantee that a particular use of an output is lawful or appropriate. You are responsible for the context in which you publish, distribute, sell, or advertise with an output. Policy violations or unlawful use may result in account restrictions and action required by applicable law.
Provider safeguards
Generation remains subject to the connected AI provider safeguards and this acceptable-use policy. A payment-provider outage does not prevent otherwise valid image generation.
Enforcement
Violating requests are blocked. Repeated violations may result in account restriction or termination. Contact support to appeal a false positive.
